LI&M was appointed by Surrey County Council to undertake the comprehensive refurbishment and modernisation of Bridgehead House, a two-storey office building in Ashtead, Surrey, for occupation by Sight for Surrey.
The project involved extensive architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical upgrades together with significant accessibility improvements to create a modern, inclusive and efficient workplace environment.
The completed facility now provides high-quality office accommodation, meeting rooms, welfare facilities and support spaces specifically designed to meet the needs of Sight for Surrey’s staff, volunteers and service users.
